The stuff was very nice, the lady in the check in let us check out one hour later for free. The stuff in the dining room was very pleasant, asked us about our day. The spa was great with different pools. Good dinner, with large variety. there is parking by the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. We had breakfast and dinner included, both were buffett style. Our room had a great view of the pool and the dead sea. Would stay here again

Food and Dining Room staff excellent. Fridge and Kettle in the room with good selection of Teas and Coffee along with Fruit and a bottle of wine, Large outside area around pool well supplied with sun beds.

The room was clean. the staff was excellent and provided what we needed in a timely manner. The staff at the spa was VERY helpful. The food was really outstanding. WE enjoyed the half-board package with dinner included. The water in the pools was very clean as were the shower areas. Check out was very quick because of the online checkout.

The pool were great. Breakfast was a huge selection. They had juices and fruits available for afternoon tea Location is amazing for accessing the Dead Sea and all the restaurants Rooms were good sized and clean and comfortable

The staff was super nice and the location was good The food was amazing, great balcony view along with super comfortable bed. All this more than made up for any inconveniences

The spa is very good. I like the fact that kids were not allowed in the spa and this rule was forced. Breakfast was abundant, lots of fruits and vegetables. We didn't use the fresh water swimming pool but it looks gorgeous.
